Red Carpet Recap: The 68th Annual Emmy Awards

| RC Recap |

The ladies were dressed to the 9’s and 10’s at this year’s 68th annual Emmy Awards. Without all the long talking, let’s get right into these jaw dropping lewks!

Two words: Kerry. Washington.

The show stopper, hands down, was Kerry Washington! This custom made, black Brandon Maxwell gown was the perfect fit on this stunning mom-to-be.

Viola Davis and hubby were matching in this pretty fuchsia pink. Don’t you just love this hue on her flawless skin tone? This beautiful gown is by Marchesa.

These Naeem Khan gowns were so radiant on Padma Lakshmi and Lavern Cox.

Padma’s long sleeve sequin gown is silver minimalist perfection.

Talk about body goals! How amazing does Sofia Vergara look in this Versace gown?! Yes ma’am! #Werq

If there were to be a match made in heaven it would be yellow hues and chocolate skin!

Taraji looks cool calm and collected in this beautiful Vera Wang gown. Note the “T.P.H” monogramed clutch in hand. Love!

And then there was Angela. *a much needed black don’t crack moment of silence*
YASSS! She looked so refined and elegant in this Christian Siriano cape gown.

Tracee Ellis Ross needs to hold lessons on Red Carpet slayage. She never gets it wrong, ever. She wore a beautiful cutout, one-shoulder Ralph Lauren gown.

One person who completely SERVED was Emily Ratajkowksi. This Zac Posen gown is jaw dropping! And can we get into this smokey eye? You. Better. Werq. Hunny.

Yara Shahidi is always so sweet on the red carpet. This white and gold Clara Rotescu dress was so angelic on her.

Priyanka Chopra wore a sizzling red hot dress.

Nina Garcia graced the Red Carpet in a long sleeve embroidered Valentino gown.

Ariel Winter gave us crystallised glam in this Yousef Al-Jasmi gown. I like the understated sleek hair, but with this dress, I would’ve loved to see some beautiful old Hollywood glam. You know, those big pinned bouncy curls with a dark lip

Regina King was stunning in a strapless rosy Elizabeth Kennedy gown.

Next up is Tori Kelly! I wish Ariel and Tori could switch hair! Nevertheless, she looked fabulous in this black strapless velvet Paule Ka gown. I will always love a sweetheart neckline!

Emilia Clarke was snatched and synched in this Atelier Versace embellished, nude coloured gown. I love the detailing at the top of this gown!

America Ferrera was super sweet in a black sequin Jenny Packham gown.

Kristen Bell was fabulous in floral! She shinned in a Zuhair Murad gown.

Mandy Moore wore a beautiful tangerine coloured Jason Wu dress. These ruffles=YAS

Gold. Gold. and more GOLD. This Schiaparelli gown was amazing on Claire Danes.

Sarah Paulson was gets the best dressed in my books. She donned this beautiful emerald green, plunging neckline Prada dress. The gold clustered on this dress were probably stunning in person. The short cut is perfect with this garment.
